903 trees planted in Vietnam

Every quarter we donate to One Tree Planted in order to help them plant trees around the world. 

Those who shopped in our webshop during the the first quarter of 2022 (January 1 - March 31) have contributed to planting 903 trees in Vietnam. 

Our reforestation donation goes towards planting native fruit trees and replenishing endangered timber species. Vietnam's diverse tropical ecosystems are home to over 1,500 known species of amphibians, birds, mammals and reptiles. Much of the local population also depends directly on forest products for subsistence. However, over-exploitation of the land has endangered many native species of plants and animals, and increased the impact of natural disasters. But Vietnam is slowly regaining its forests through tree planting and natural reforestation. And those who bought a VEJRHØJ watch during the first quarter of 2022 have contributed to ensure the continuation of this positive development for the forrestes of Vietnam.
