Shipping

International orders:
Free shipping on all orders over $60 with Fedex. Shipping with DHL costs 20$. Shipping on orders under $60 costs $20 on international orders with both Fedex and DHL.

Denmark:
Free shipping with PostNord on orders over $60. (choose between home delivery or collect). Shipping on orders under $60 costs $5 in Denmark.

All orders are shipped from Copenhagen, Denmark.

International orders:
FedEx: approximately 3-6 business days delivery time. You will receive a tracking number the day after that you have placed your order.

DHL Express: approximately 2-5 business days delivery time. You will receive a tracking number the day after that you have placed your order.

Denmark:
PostNord: Approximately 2 business days delivery time. You will receive a tracking number the day after that you have placed your order.

Yes, you will receive a tracking number after you have placed your order.

Returns & exchange

All purchases can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. The item has to be in saleable condition (unused, not worn and in its original packaging. Both wooden box and cardboard box).

We do not offer free return but we can help you with a return label. The return fee is:

10$ for Danish customers.
20$ for EU & UK customers.
30$ for all other customers.

Please reach out to our customer support to get a return label.

If you want us to help you with a shipping label (a return fee will apply - se return policy above), you should follow these instructions:

1) Let us know that you want to return your order for a refund or exchange. Remember to include your order # number in the email.

2) You will receive an email from us with a DHL or FedEx shipping label, which you must print out and attach on the cardboard box.

3) You must return your order in its original cardboard box of 28cm x 10cm x 8cm. A larger cardboard box might not fit our pre-made shipping label, and you will be responsible for covering the extra shipping fee, which we will deduct from the amount that is refunded to you.

4) Deliver your package at the nearest pick up location or schedule a pickup (we will give further instructions by e-mail).

Your part is over. We will contact you by email when we have received your package and have exchanged / refunded your order.

If you want us to help you with a shipping label (a 10 USD return fee will apply - se return policy above), you should follow these instructions:

1) Let us know that you want to return your order for a refund or exchange. Remember to include your order # number in the email.

2) You will receive an email from us with a PostNord shipping label, which you must print out and attach on the cardboard box.

3) Please use the original cardboard box of 28cm x 10cm x 8cm for packaging. 

4) Deliver your package at the nearest PostNord location.

Your part is over. We will contact you by email when we have received your package and have exchanged / refunded your order.

Payment & currency

During checkout you'll find the option "enter a gift card or discount code". Enter your coupon code and press the "Apply" button to deduct the amount from the total order.

Care, Repair & Warranty

Extend the lifespan of your watch by taking good care of it. Read this guide on how you take good care of your watch.

We completely understand that even though you take good care of your watch, small accidents can occur. In the event that your watch gets damaged, kindly get in touch with our customer support, and we will do our utmost to assist you in any way we can.

Your VEJRHØJ watch is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects.

Yes. We offer 24 months limited warranty on manufacturer defects. For warranty claims, please send contact us. (please include your order number in the email, thanks). 

The parts covered by the warranty are movements, cases, dials, or defects in the production stage (material defects and negligence in the production stage, etc.).

Please note that VEJRHØJ watches are not suitable for underwater activities. The following events are not covered by the warranty:

  • Damage caused by improper or carelessness (striking, denting, crushing, glass part failure, etc.)
  • Damage caused by improper repair.
  • Damage or failure due to use in fire or water.
  • Replacement due to deterioration over time
  • Battery replacement

Product specifications

Quartz models (battery powered models):

Step 1:
Remove the white plastic piece between the crown and casing.

Step 2:
Push in the crown, and the watch will start. Please notice that it takes 1 minute before you can see that the minute hand has moved.

Choosing the right watch is a matter of taste - some like bold watches while others prefer small and thin watch cases. However, we often recommend 40mm & 42mm for men - and 34mm and 40mm for women. Please check oursize guide.

All wooden elements are placed underneath the dial glass, which give them the same durability as a traditional steel watch. They are 3ATM pressure tested, so you can safely wear your watch in light rain or while washing your hands. However, your VEJRHØJ should not be worn during a shower or be submerged. 

The average lifetime of the battery is 3 years. You can replace the battery at any watch or jewelry shop.

Yes, and no tools are needed.

All our watches come with our interchangeable straps, so you can customize the look of your watch by the click of a finger, making sure your watch always matches your outfit, mood and occasion.

If you have ordered a mesh strap and need to adjust the length, this video will show you how to adjust it (See video here)

Some customers experience issues when adjusting the mesh band. In order to close the closing mechanism you have to use the tool that you get when purchasing a mesh strap. Otherwise it can be hard to close it.

Yes, the 40mm mesh bands fit with our automatic watches. It’s very easy to change the strap without the use of any tools.

An automatic watch weighs 75 grams. It’s a comfortable watch to wear. Read more about our automatic models here.
